N7 Edition Soundtrack Problem

 I'm a holder of the N7 Edition, when I try to download the soundtrack I get this 

"You don't seem to be a registered owner of the Collector's Edition or Digital Deluxe version of Mass Effect 3. If you feel this to be in error, please try the following.X360/PS3: Launch the game and log in to the Alliance Network using your Origin Account (EA). You will then need to redeem your Collector's Edition Online Pass to be registered as an owner of the Collector's Edition.PC: Make sure the Origin Account (EA) you are using on the BioWare Social Network matches the account used in the Origin client.For further assistance, please contact EA Customer Support - http://help.ea.comNeed help checking if your BSN and in game accounts are properly linked?

Had the same problem. Try logging out and back into the game. Then get back on here to try and download it again

When I click download it simply says "Download not found". Already logged out and back in... what the heck?

^Same with me--it's registered in my content, but when I click the download link it simply says "download not found."

I'm also having the same issue... "No download found."

Ugh... between this, getting duped by Origin about the AT-12 Raider shotgun, and not being able to import my original ME1 Shepard, I'm really frustrated and disappointed in Bioware/ EA.

  • "Seems to be like that if you are in your content page, but try the tabs
    up top. By Home, group, project, ect . .click games all the way to the
    right, then ME3, and in that drop down menu it should show "soundtrack".
    Downloading it now, it's about a 691MB compressed file."

Same problem. Doesn't recognize I'm a CE owner, even though I've registered and have the hoody/dog/etc in the game itself.

Exactly the same issue for me - I have the CE stuff in game, but this site doesn't recognize that I own it. My gamertag is definitely tied to my BSN profile (I can see that I have the From Ashes DLC unlocked and have the pre-order gun in my "Registered game content" area).

The EA help rep was less than helpful - actually told me to contact Amazon.com for help....

I don't even have the hoodie and dog in game, and can't download my soundtrack. This is some bull****. It let me download the collectors edition from xbox live though when i entered my code.

Hope this helps some of you but what I found out is that to register you have to have the game on and login. Then you can register the game and then before you shut it off go to the soundtrack and try downloading it and you should be able to. Just wait until it finishes downloading and then shut off the game if you need to or are wanting to play something else

This site still isn't recognising my N7 copy... I have the content in game, but I can't DL the soundtrack.

I'm having the exact same issues and I bought for it PS3. It recognizes the game itself (not as collector's edition mind you) and From ashes and all of my Mass Effect 2 content, but NO soundtrack. I feel kind of ripped off because when I pay that price. I want everything that comes with it. Period.

I'm also having the problem that it doesn't recognize I have the N7 edition, so the download is completely unavailable.

What you need to do is download all your DLC to your hard drive then boot up ME3 and then connect to EA servers. It will check for DLC verification, once that has happened go to the place you're supposed to get the soundtrack and download. This is what I had to do to get mine.

I have BIG problem. I preordered TWO copies of the game, 1 regular, 1 N7 edition, to get all preorder bonuses. I got regular copy first. Entered in codes, played game, got N7 next day, entered in codes. Went on BSN, looked for soundtrack, found tab, sayed I am not a registered owner of N7 edition. /facepalmed self, registred game, went back to tab, tab sayed "Sorry ****got, you don't have CE, FAIL" I need help, emailed EA havent recieved response. PLZ help.

This is my exact problem. Anyone got any ideas on what to do in this case?

Also having issues with BSN failing to recognize my N7 Edition. Like some other posters, I redeemed a regular edition code first, then the N7 code later. BSN shows I have the other content like DLC, N7 gear, but no soundtrack.

I contacted EA support and they provided me a copy of the soundtrack on all platforms within 2 days of messaging them.

No change to the edition of my pass/game but then I didn't know there was meant to be a difference so didn't ask to get it fixed.

Not sure when BioWare/EA will fix this, so went ahead and emailed EA support.  Looking forward to it (not really).
