I bugged this quest to the point I cannot complete it.
I completed both of the other merc groups the blue suns and the blood pack
I will give a chain of what I did to help.



•    I spoke to aria
•    Then I spoke to Bailey
•    Then I spoke to prisoner and did the paragon path to find a way to get the eclipse help without releasing her.
•    I then spoke to her second in command and told him to take the lead. He agreed and said he would contact Aria.
•    This is the bug.  I quick saved my game before leaving the docking area.  I then quit the game for the night.
•    The next day when I loaded the game from my save in the docking area then left the area.
•    From checking online I found that Bailey should have contacted me to let me know That the issue was resolved but he did not.
•    I went back and tried to speak to the second in command again but he is not selectable.
•    I tried the guard at the prison he was also not selectable.
•    I spoke to Aria but she acted like I was not done with the quest
•    The same goes for Bailey.


I would love to hear any work around anyone has for this as my 100% self is really having an OCD fit about this.  I am guessing that I will never get a resolution for this as I have no save files before the started the quest.

I am guessing it would have to be patched out to make it recognize the quest is completed through save files.

Are you sure it didn't complete? Is it still in your journal? Check your war assets too, maybe you missed the pop up?

It is still in my journal. I did also check the war assets the blood pack and blue suns but no eclipse

the Docking area right by Garrus.  You have to talk to her in the prison first before you can speak to him I beleave.

When I get home tonight I am going save before I talk to him, then try to replicate your bug and see if I can find anything. But thats not gonna be for about 6 hours. Hope you can hold out that long.

100% reproducable, I am reloading my pre talk to second in command save

Bailey is supposed to contact you via radio when you're leaving the dock holding bay, right before the elevator between the security screens.

Edit: Reproduced this bug myself as well.

Just want to +1 on having the same bug (speak to Sayn, but no update from Bailey when leaving). Hopefully there will be a fix, especially if there's followup any w/ Aria after you finish all 3...

exact same thing for me too. Talked to Sayn, not both Aria and Bailey tell me to speak with the prisoner, but when I go to C-Sec, the option is no longer available.

Hey Guys.. same for me. Does anyone know if Bioware has already officially addressed this problem? Would be nice to know if it's worth waiting for a fix.
