You can regain Salarian support by saving the Salarian Counciler, or at least, some of it.

EDIT: ah yes, saving the Salarian councillor helps, but I don't remember seeing them fighting anywhere.. maybe I just don't know how do their ships look like.

you can definitely get both Geth and Quarians fleets working together - you just need enough reputation to do that. Krogan and Turian are also there. As for Asari - you can gather some of their troops (you see them fighting on the streets). I'm not sure about Salarians - I may have missed something, or I just don't care enough about them to remember.

Pretty sure you only get War Assets out of it. Not sure if you ever really get to see them around. Shame, I was hoping they would have a bigger role. STG is by far my favorite organization in mass effect.
And you need more than reputation to make peace between Geth/Quarians. There's a list of options floating around somewhere and you need 5 out of 7 points or something like that.

You can gain full Krogan and Salarian support by having Wreav as leader and sabotaging the cure (You can even keep Mordin alive if Eve dies).
For the Asari, you just have to scan a few planets.
Edit: Wow, just realized how old this thread is. Pretty sure this person has figured it out by now.
