I pre-order the game in standar version.

Because it's mark that the standar version has 4 items.

The Deluxe edition has 13 items.

For some reason, EA support is telling me "you have standar, you only have 2 items"

¿Why is that?

I see it right there, 4 ITEMS.....

The support is just telling "you have no right to have this items"

This is BS, i wait 1 full hour in the support just for nothing.

Why would i even buy the Standar for 2 items?? i didn't even receive my two items, i have to ask them personally in the support in order to get those 2 items.

Why EA support cannot give me the N7 Armour and the N7 Rifle.

Just i dont get it. I pre-order specifically for the Armour and N7 Rifle.
