I am the harbinger of your rebirth!!!.
You are death because we allow it, and you will live because we demand it!!!.
OK found the 1 year old thing.
And so this doesn't close I'll answer
Save her in Me1, she talks to you in ME2, you can free her in ME3, all is well
You kill her in ME1, she aint in ME2, and a bad clone is in ME3... and she goes on a killing spree.

Hey hey, she will owe you one.
The Joker owes Batman for not driving him over, but it's still a bad thing!

Batman's morality in The Dark Knight is something I always found somewhat bizarre; he's willing to spy on the entire city, yet he refuses to run over the Joker and won't let that one douchebag die in order to save the hospital from getting blown up.SinerAthin wrote...

Well, there is a quote going like;
"Idleness is little different from an evil action. The only difference is; you did nothing."

There should have been more consequence, maybe if you kill the queen no ravagers in 3 or something
About those ravagers, I think Bioware couldn't decide on role the Rachni were supposed to fill in the Reaper arsenal.
In the cinematics, the Rachni were shown as melee fighters that swarmed their prey.
In game, the Rachni were uncommon, slow moving, no-melee artillery units.
Maybe the Rachni should have been a dedicated melee unit for the Reapers? Maybe like the Husk except a little deadlier and could climb on walls/leap?

he is neither, Batman is an anti hero like Garrus.
Sometimes exceptions must be made, but even then should be handled with care.
