One thing I'm seeing occassionally is the notion the game was rushed or the dev team didn't try as hard somehow. It's disheartening to see that because I can tell you the development team worked *incredibly* hard on the game, including a ton of personal sacrifice (hours worked, holidays skipped etc). This was a labor of love for the team and we're all very proud of what has been accomplished. There are bugs that got through (face import. we know) but they are being investigated for fixing etc.
You know what else is disheartening?
Seeing Liara in flashback when I romanced Tali and didn't voluntarily speak to Liara the whole damn game.
You know what the best part is? It doesn't seem to be a bug, there's no video files for any other LI besides her.

Fine. Design flaw. They still need to fix it.

Won't happen. Unless they release a DLC for it and make you pay.

I have no idea what they're planning to do with this franchise after this...I don't know how they could continue it until a long time after the events of this trilogy. Anything else would have to be prequel stuff.
This is the weirdest thing, they built a fantastic world, which could have endless games in it, now they've gone and made it very hard for themselves to do that.

When I spoke with Matriarch Aethyta about Liara on the Citadel, the conversation went on like Liara was my romance in ME1 and 2, when I romanced Ashley. I have no idea how they could possibly miss this...
EDIT: And it's extremely disturbing that the conversation in question, and most others with your crew, are like banther. Not pure dialogue with the wheel and options etc. I was so heart broken when I played this part of the game...

I'm not overwhelmed by how awesome everything is. The game is ok.
7/10.
But let it be known that I do not blame Bioware. I blame EA. Everything they touch becomes mediocre, so none of this is surprising. I am sure that the guys at Bioware did what they could with what they allowed, but at the end of the day it's just not as good as the game that pre-EA Bioware would've made. Maybe you gained in resources, but you lost in quality. That's all I can say. It's not a bad game, it just could've been much, much better.
Last night I was actually thinking: for the first time in, well... ever, do I regret that Bioware did not hand a sequel over to Obsidian.

It's like every character has become like Kasumi and Zaeed, you can almost never speak with them "regularly", it's just banther all the time...
Incorrect. There is still dialogue it just does not switch to a cut-scene format

Unfortunately, bugs like the face importing problem should not have even gotten past play testing let alone in a final release. I fear we may never get a patch to fix it just like the Dragon Age 2 “I cant name my Hawke” bug that hasn’t been fixed yet to my knowledge.
Maybe the development team should have taken a few days off to come back refreshed and double check their work before claiming its done so we wouldn’t have so many bugs to report or the play testers should have been more vocal in reporting problems. I don’t know, but in either case there is a problem somewhere in quality control that is certain.

And I have no choice in what I say. The fact that Shep says ANYTHING is the only difference between the conversations with Zaeed/Kasumi and pretty much everyone in ME3. Just a few cnversations are in the cut-scene format when I'm running around in the ship and want to talk to my crew. I think this is one of the most sad things of all.

Why Bioware, why do you let such thing in the game? Or you want to release a DLC that "fix" this part? Ofcourse for money because EA demands it
Ok, I'll stop trolling, will play the game tomorrow and see how it works!

ME3 is good, but the ending is absolutely terrible.
Which doesn't make sense to me. How could something be good but at the very end leave you with a bad taste? Just like a movie, it's cool at first then takes a left to wtf? Then it suddenly becomes horrible and everyone walks out the theater pissed. The ending is that most important moment we remember, aside for sex scenes. Why would they make the ending so "bad"?
