Hi okay obviously this isnt for me, but a friend cannot seem to log in any more.

"I have not been able to log into my Darth Viscus account on there for months. ( http://social.bioware.com/5062/ ) When I go to 'forgot password' it says it doesn't recognise the email address I signed up with 'cbaileeey@aol.com'
so I type in 'DarthViscus' under Xbox live gamertag and it says "An
email has been sent to an sam2k.com email address." No idea what
sam2k.com is.

To be honest I don't remember having to pick
between a PS3 or Xbox tag when I signed up for the network site so have
no idea what that's all about. But anyway if you can get my plea across
to someone in charge I would be grateful, as I am worried someone has
got into my account."
