Could someone, without being too spoilerish, tell me how long do I have to wait for Kaidan to rejoin the Normandy? He's all better and took the Spectre position, but now I have to run all these missions without my man! lol

After you finish major plot on Tuchanka and Citadel, you will have the chance to let him join you when you leave the Citadel.
