I have a problem with choppy gameplay. Moving the mouse does not produce a smooth camera movement, instead it jumps making it very hard to navigate and especially aim! The cutscenes are fine. But this issue makes the game is essentially unplayable.
I've tried updating to the latest video driver and played around with all the mouse settings, but nothing has really helped.
My relevant specs are:
Phenom II x4 965 BE
Radeon HD 6850
8GB RAM
Win 7 x64 Home Prem
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I am running a nvidia 590 with a Apple Cinema display at full resolution and it has no problem running BF3 over 60fps but I get stutter with ME3. I hope they correct this because it kind of gets annoying. Seriously thinking about switching over to my 360 copy.

NVIDIA GTX 570
6GB RAM
Win7 64 Ultimate
Stuttering like there's no tomorrow, turning everything down didnt help at all. Cutscenes are fine too.

realtime cpu priority helps, the game is playable but still stutters.
I find I get nasty out of sync audio in cutscenes as well. for example Joker sais something then had time to get out of his chair before his lips moved.

I think I am going to attempt rolling my ATI drivers back to 11.1 when I get home. I'll let you guys know.

I came across a useful tip i found in another thread, which worked for me:
Close game
Go to Origin settings
Click " IN GAME " tab
Make sure "enable origin in game" is DISABLED.

Upgrading to the newly release ATI 12.2 drivers seems to have solved it so far

I already did that. I'm still getting occasional chop. I can still play the game, but it's annoying as hell. It's at it's worse during the cut sceens. Makes me not what to play. This origin crap is ruining ME3 for me. I know it's not my system, it's origin.

Came here because I'm kind of having the same issue. It just started today. Getting sudden choppy movements when scrolling on the galaxy map/moving the Normandy around within a system or cluster. Also mouse-looking in missions has occasional jumpiness to it. Additionally, on start up when I "press any key to continue" the screen hangs for several seconds whereas previously it would instantly go to the main menu. All drivers are up to date and Origin in game is disabled.
