You can craft&sell potent lyrium potions with profit (~25 silver per bottle)

Lyrium dust is in mage tower and rest of ingredients in Noble tavern in Denirim.



Considering concentrator agent costs 33 silver, i dont know if prices change during the game.



You need some gold to start this business.

hilfazer, thanks for this, I've been on the hunt for a profitable recipe.

I need to track down the limitless vendor for distillation agent.

Since I needed a character at level 10 to get the max herbalism required, I combined with the Allison/trap exploit to get the funds and level.

Here's the numbers for anyone else wandering in.

Potent Lyrium Recipe ~11g
Lyrium Dust x4 9s60c
Concentrator agent x2 66s
Distillation agent x2 26s40c
Flask x1 1s 30c

Total cost: 1g3s10c
Sells for 1g25s

22s90c profit - which adds up quick when you can buy mats in bulk, and is far less tedious than the trap exploit.  I'm hunting for other profit centers.

I've never been able to get this to work on the PS3. On the crystal topic, they upgrade to clear once you get past saving the king but it may come sooner to others. With clears I can make about 50gold in 10 mins easy but that loading screen becomes annoying real fast.

You can get flasks for 1s flat at that shop in Dust Town IIRC, though that's a small sliver of the price
