I have a very slow internet connection and limit of 500MB per day at home. Is there a way to download the DLCs from another computer (at work in my case) and install them manually on my home computer like there was for ME2?

Found a solution that worked for me. I was able to download the DLCs at work, then copy the Bonus and DLC folders from the Mass Effect 3 folder. I started then stopped the downloads at home so it would build the folder structure and metadata and copied over it with my work downloads. It recognized the DLCs and marked them as installed.

Did you have to install the entire game on your work computer in order to d/l your dlc? I have exactly the same issue, and had posted this question as well.

Yes, I had to install the entire game, but at work it was a non-issue.
