Hello, hoping to get some technical support here. I am currently unable to import my ME2 character at all. When I select New Game and choose "import ME2 character", the process searches for characters but then displays only a blank screen.
To note, using the up and down arrows on the controller actually results in a sound toggle, like there actually are items to select, but the game simply is not displaying then. The options to delete and select character are disabled, however, and I only have the optional go back.
I double checked my save, both the character and profile save still exist. However, I have previously removed the ME2 game data itself to recover some space. I would hope the program would check for the existence of the save files without, for whatever reason, first wanting to see the ME2 game data itself.
As a further note in hopes of providing as much detail as possible, the characters most recent save is on board the Normandy after successfully completeing the game on Insanity and saving everyone. There are roughly 4 saves which are part of the single save "package".
Any help is appreciated.

Well this is semi-related.
I had problems importing a default Shepard too. Except my available-for-import Shepards showed up fine, but when I entered the CC it gave me this instead of Sheploo:
Strange thing is: I tried importing another Sheploo save, and it worked fine. Though it still didn't transfer his scars.

Unfortunately in my situation I'm unable to view any characters for import at all.

I have the same problem. My mass effect 2 game is still on my hdd, as are my saves. I even started them, just to make sure. But when I try to import the save file, it only shows a blank screen.
