I've been trying my ass off to get a Krogan, ANY Krogan, since release. First I just did vet packs and unlocked every character except the Krogans, Quarian Engineer, and Salarian Infiltrator. I've also got over half the guns. I then spent $15 real life money on Spectre packs just to have a good shot at a Krogan and unlocked a bunch of neat things that weren't Krogans. Since then I've been buying nothing but Spectre packs and been getting some decent pulls... none of which are Krogan. Damn you RNG...

BioWare built a magical technology into the game that detects what you want most, then denies you of it.

I now have every starter weapon to X, from buying Veteran packs, yet I still can't seem to get any SMG Ultralight Materials, Sniper Rifle Extended Barrel, Shotgun High Caliber Barrel, etc. you know, things that would be useful to go along with some of the Rare weapons I unlocked. I think I'm just going to go back to buying Spectre packs and hoping for more N7 weapons or the Carnifax.

Also, you're much more likely to get Krogan classes from Spectre packs, as they're rare (gold) unlocks.

Yeah, I've been getting nothing but Spectre packs since I got all the uncommon character cards. In fact, I just got my FIFTH Gold Asari Adept card just then. Still no Krogan.

I lucked out and got a Black Widow on my 8th Spectre pack, mostly though I just get some sort of shotgun.

I've now fully unlocked every customization for the Asari Adept and still no Krogan. It's like Christmas where you ask for a pair of gloves and all ten people who buy you something get you a pack of socks.

1 Black Widow
3 Widows
1 Arc Pistol
1 Disciple
Krogan Sentinel
Salarian Engineer
Asari Vanguard
3 Re-spec Cards
A couple rare mods

I'm hoping to get an Asari Adept or a decent Assault Rifle for my Soldier soon (to replace the Avenger X). Still though, I've been given an abundance of Infiltrator stuff already, so I feel fortunate.

Wow ur so lucky to get a Black Widow! Did u open these packs in one go and with points? Or did u use credits? Btw I also have M98-Widow III...

I opened up my first two Spectre packs recently. First one had the Talon, second one had the Javelin.

My quarian infiltrator has benefited greatly from the latter. Haven't really used the Talon that much though; is there any special reason why it's an N7 item?

Javelin I (nice toy, although too heavy or too low damage, same weight as widow 1, less damage)
Talon III (shotgun pistol? erm, yeah sure, tried once, never used again)
Scorpion IV (noisy thing and a lot of fun vs. any enemy which comes in a group)
Wraith I (never used, i do not like shotguns)

no BW, Paladin or Saber for me (and yes, i opened a ton of spectre packs, must be above 150), talking about RNG

Got the Saber (which I love), Hornet (which I love), Raptor (which I detest), Carnifex (which I love), Geth pulse rifle, Talon, Phalanx, Eviscerator and the Graal. (haven't used those enough to gauge them)

Sounds pretty good, but I'm really in need of supply upgrades. The only one I've gotten is the health/shield replenish thingie O forgot the name of.

Ironically I didn't get that much good stuff in Spectre Packs (Race-wise), though amusingly I did get Turian Sentinel and Quarian Engineer in a Veteran Pack (At once).

I normally don't use my Credits on Spectre Pack unless I'm up for a better weapon. I've already got my main race that I wanted, lol.

But I think I got my M-96 Mattock I weapon from a Spectre Pack.

Today I purchased Bioware points because over the weekend I did nothing but disconnect mid game,every game,made no credits nor xp and my equipment supply was looking pretty bare.Mostly Spectre packs,but I also bought some Veteran packs.

What I got that seems usefull:

Salarian Engineer
Falcon

I bought the packs as soon as I raised the credits.  It seems wasteful to buy the packs with points, as part of the fun of the multiplayer is trying to earn the money.

Just won my first match on Gold open two spectre packs. First one bagged me the Ultra-rare Scorpion pistol and the second my first Asari Adept! Hoping for Black Widow soon!
