 I got the turian soldier, salarian infiltrator, and widow in two packs. Nothing super exciting, but can't complain since widow + inf = nuts.

Turian soldier sucks at first, but I'm assuming it will be awesome with the higher end assault rifles.

so far I've bought 2 spectre packs and the memorable items were the graal spike thrower and the arc pistol. I'm personally loving the arc pistol.

Disciple Shotgun
N7 Talon
N7 Assault Rifle (cant remember name)

I received the Graal (it's awesome!), the disciple, the Phaeston, and an N7 rank weapon. Didn't realize there was a rank above gold!

I just got some trash. Character training and some useless equipment mostly. Buying 3 Veteran Packs seems to be a better decision.

Among the generic items and mods, I got a Turian Sentinel and the M99-Saber, both in my first Spectre pack. Having those two made starting off easy. That was my main set up for a while.

man i bought two spectre packs and only received weapons. When i was playing demo it took me forever to unlock weapons but i was unlocking race/classes left and right. Now it seems to be the other way around in the game release. Ive only unlocked a Quarian Engineer but a butt ton of weapons..

I want my Asari Adept back! Oh well something to look forward to

The Talon isn't from the N7 pack.  The "ultra-rare" card has an N7 logo on the side and that's where he got the "mislabeling" of the Talon.  The only assault rifle that's ultra rare is the M-99 Saber.

I bought a bunch of kits hoping for a Turian Soldier and a Quarian engineer, I had intended to play as a Soldier class but I found I liked he Engineer support role better...

I ended up getting Krogan Soldiers,and Sentinels, Salarian Engineers and Infiltrators, and a Turian Sentienl... So I just unlocked an entire charachter tree for a class I -never use-.

Until I get what I want I guess i'll just do with the Krogan soldier, I don't brag but I seem to be one of the few people who uses it effectivley, Saw one guy using a Krogan running around with nothing but a predator, pretty sad.

Probably didn't help that my Specter packs gave me the Claymore and Revenant aswell... since those are kind of suited for that role.

I'm just going to go ahead and say that if they're gonna do something as cheap as letting people buy rank and weapons with real money. they should at least be given some opportunity to pick stuff out.

At the very least Characters and Supplies. It's not like this is a competitive game,

 I was trying shotguns on the krogan, got a geth shotgun
Switching weapon types to determine whether or not to use shotguns, got a shotgun upgrade and respec card
Using the vindicator, got a weapon that works the same way, the hornet, except for its drawbacks as an SMG
Using the avenger, got the phaeston, and later the revenant
Using the geth shotgun a lot, a weapon that can charge up, and got the arc pistol, a pistol that also charges up

The unlock "memory" goes a few steps back into your history, and there is basic equipment and less obviously related stuff to round things out.  All in all a pretty good algorithm, and I'm pleased

Had a spare tenner so bought mps and spent it all on specter packs. highly recommended, soooooo satisfying, exactly the same feeling as buying a bunch of booster packs, for you ccg players.
can't even remember all the stuff i got but taking a geth assualt rifle III with mods and warp ammo III into my first match and out scoring a lvl 15 was lovely

So far I've only bought 2 which for the rares were the Drell Vanguard(100,000exp) and an Arc Pistol. I've gotten a few rares from Veteran packs though such as the Disciple shotgun(which I'm enjoying a lot).

I got a Turian soldier first try via a Veteran pack.

It's quite clearly not random.  It's clever, and a good system, because if it was truly random it'd be quite difficult to motivate to grind, which is the point of these unlockables.   Think harder
