I romanced Liara in ME1, and in ME2, i finished the Shadow broker DLC after destroying the Collector base, and now in the Window of ME3 were you see the list of what do have done in the last 2 games, it says, ME1 romanced Liara, ME2 nobody romanced, does that still mean that I romanced Liara, or do i need to finish the Shadow Broker DLC before the Collector Base Mission

It is not a comprehensive list. It does not mention a lot of things that come over. ME2 romances refer only to main game, not DLCs
