I ordered ME3 through Origin on 2/14/12 and my receipt says, "Thank you for your Mass Effect 3 Pre-Order. Instructions on how to redeem your bonus PC Digital Download copy of Battlefield 3™ will be sent to you via email when Mass Effect™ 3 is released." I have received no further contact regarding this.
Has anyone else run into this problem? EA/Bioware, can you shed some light please?

Yeah I have the same issue, according to EA they were supposed to email us redemption codes by the 8th but I still don't have that email.
