Origin still is not launching ME3, in spite of completely reinstalling both Origin and ME3 and going through all other steps of troubleshooting that have been recomended (I even uninstalled my anti-virus completely).
Bioware, release an exe that allows us to bypass Origin, please.

Just one more thing to consider...did you manually delete the ME3 folder that the game installs under My Documents? For me, that was the source of my problem, and hitting uninstall, then reinstall or repair didn't change that folder.
For me, specifically, the problem somehow was due the the Local_Profile.sav file somehow getting corrupted in there, just swapping that out would have been enough (though I only realized this when i compared the new folder to a copy I had saved and swapped components in and out).

didn't try deleting the My Documents folder, only the game files. I'm going to try deleting the Documents folder and repair installing.

No dice on that, trying a re-install of Origin and ME3 after wiping as many or the relevant files as I could find after I uninstalled and rebooted.

I'll just say it, there is nothing more you can do until EA/Bioware takes notice and fixes/provides a solution for the issue
I have word for word the exact same issue as you and have been attempting to fix it since 1 am Tuesday morning. I have installed Origin at least 10 times using a variety of locations, states, and with different amounts of left over folders. The same is true for Mass Effect 3. I have now run Origin, ME3, and Windows in every combination of them, safe mode, clean boot, and "as administrator".

I have found a solution, download the crack for the game of Pirate Bay, replace the MassEffect3.exe in win32, and presto it works.
Not only that but my import went on without a hitch, even connected to online without having origin open.

Everybody bombard the Origins forum, they are a least responding there and this needs to be known as a serious issue with MANY people:

They may be responding, but they are monitoring responses. One top I was watching an employee responding saying they were looking into the issue. About 2 minutes later his post was edited to say "Have you tried disabling your antivirus", which is idiotic because the OP explicitly stated he uninstalled his antivirus.
