 Once in a while in Mass Effect 3 when I speak to other charecters, my computer freezes up temporaity and I have to wait for the game to "reset" itslf by going blank briefly and reloading. This only happens during dialogue seqcences and is knd of annpoying. Please Help Me! 

My system specs are: 
Intel® Core™ i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz
7.00GB
AMD Radeon 5700 with Catalyst 12.1
ASUS Xonar DX Audio Device

Having a very similar issue myself, not sure if the problems are connected. My game is essentially freezing/Not Responding during both cutscenes and regular gameplay, and happens every few minutes or so.

I had this happen once. Quitting and restarting the game did not work.

Quitting Origin made the game unable to launch, because the Origin process was still running. After killing the Origin.exe process I was able to restart Origin & the game and play normally.

No, but my game will freeze up (Go into Not Responding mode if it is windowed) for a few seconds before coming out and acting as if nothing happened.

Happens all the time during cutscenes and even generic gameplay. Running, fighting, talking, doesn't matter. Happens every few minutes, give or take.

Like I said, not exactly the same issue, but it sounds similar.

I solved my problem by resetting to default all of my AMD Catalyst settings ( Not my game settings). Try it to see if it works.

 still having this issue and it seems to be getting worse. this is the type of graphical error that often accompanies the freezing during the dialog sections:

After several stops and restarts i'm relatively certain that it was the subtitles that were causing the failures for me. With them off i've had nothing but smooth operation at full max settings.
