What happened to them? They seemed to be mildly present on Sheploo in the marketing, but my imported Shep has none. Is it because my Renegade score was reset? Or because I had to change to a new face thanks to the ME1 import bugs? Or do you just not have them, no matter what? I was like the friggin Terminator by the end of ME2, I miss my red eyes!!

Hell, first ME2 wouldn't let you keep your ME1 scars, now ME3 won't let you keep your ME1 FACE  or your ME2 scars? Who designed this import system? May I please yell in their face until it is time for my nap?

It's because paragon/renegade doesn't transfer over.

So they'll come back as your Renegade score increases?

Yes. Chakwas will tell you that much if you recruit her.

They come back, then Chakwas gives you a quest where you can either remove them or get a 5% health boost.

Well, I'm still not far into the game yet (girlfriend had a medical emergency and now I have family in town for spring break... life is cruel) but my reputation and Renegade scores have been steadily increasing and I don't even have a hint of any scars on my face. Not even a nick from a rushed shave.

Anyone else experiencing this bug? Yes, I am 100% positive I did not have Chakwas heal my scars, in either game.

Did you happen to use the 'scar removal surgery' option in ME2? If you did, then you won't have any scars whatsoever no matter how Renegade you get.

I definitely didn't. Never even built the machine to do it, because I loved my rockin' robo-scars. I miss them.

I can't help but think this is related to the face-code bug for ME1 characters. Did anyone who had to remake their face from scratch end up with their scars intact?
