Is anyone else having this issue of not being able to purchase these packs in MP? It keeps bringing up the 80023102 error code when I go to add funds. Need help.

I had that as well. But after I reset my cable modem and turned the system back on it worked fine. Well until all my weapons, mods, equipment, and kits were relocked. Though it still tells me I need to level up classes. Were the only one with unspent points. Is the one which relocked.

Same for me for buying the DLC, the error is link to SEN (PSN) Store doing maintenance.
