So I freed them using Spectre terminal where did adams go? same as for Chakwas after Mordin Joins

Ken and Gabby automatically join the ship and go to engineering. Adams should be in the crew quarters chatting with Chakwas.

Just check the map and flip through to see who is where in the ship. They're usually in the same spot (e.g. Adams in Engineering) but not always.

I keep forgetting about the map when I'm in the ship use it all the time when on the citadel

how do i find whjere ken and gabby are i been palavan and few others places but nothing. i talk to kelly and convince to change her indentify

go to the Spectre room across from Udina's and there on the terminal is a spectre authorization for release of Ken and Gabby.

On the Spectre terminal (in Citadel embassies) there is an option to authorise their release/pardon at some point. ~And CROAT beat me to it.~

How did you do that? I don't remember that option during my conversation with her.

i think have to had dinner with her. not sure i know i did and option showed up in the first convo you had with her. it was a bottom choice. i think the other choice wastherefugees need you

So, that option will become available on the specter terminal? I see the message but there isn' an option to give them a pardon. I'm at the point just after the battle with Cerberus on the Citadel.
