[Wise Men]

I purchased two copies of Mass Effect 3 for the Xbox 360 (one standard edtion and one N7 collector's editon).  I redeemed both online pass codes via my console.  Then, I came to the bioware social network and clicked "register game".  I don't know if it registered both of my coppies or not.  But now when I go to download the free soundtrack (that comes with my CE) I get a message that reads: "It seems that you are not a registered user of the Mass Effect 3 collector's edtion."

Help.

I've had this problem too.... chatted with their "help" and didn't get any. Emailed, haven't gotten a response back it seems. And I still have no access to my soundtrack............

I redeemed the online pass for a standard edition prior to my N7 edition and the soundtrack won't even appear for download. Everything else appears to be working fine though, not sure if the registered edition for the game should be different for N7 editions or not but I would like my soundtrack.

I only registered a Collector´s Edition and I can´t even see an option to download the soundtrack. Where is it?

When I tried to find the soundtrack and couldn't I did a search to see if anyone had found it and came upon this site:

This is when I found out that there was something wrong at BW/EA's end as the soundtrack did not display for me to click on to download.

I have same problem. Used standard edition and then registered collector's edition xbox 360. Someone else mentioned they emailed EA and they got a fix. I just emailed them today.

For me i click more info only to get taken to a white screen where nothing loads... was looking forward to listening to it. Majorly let down.
