Main thing you should check is to go on 'My Registered Game Content" using the Profile tab on the upper left. If it shows ur PSN ID along with the EA/Origin Account it's registered to u should be ok.

You have to link it with your EA/Origin account. The email associated with the account should be the same email you use to log on to BSN. If not, create a new Origin account under the email you use for BSN.
From there, you log on to Origin or EA's account management and link your PSN. You'll find your way around it.
I sort of forgot the details.

I was able to link all my other games easily. But for ME3, it won't work. It says I don't have a PSN ID. Both my EA/Origin account has the same email as BSN's. I even played the demo.Novolizer wrote...

Did you try to play a co-op match? Not sure if it's relevant, but I seem to recall hearing something about it.
Shot in the dark, but I can't think of anything else.

Nope, it wont link for me either. I've been playing Mass Effect Infiltrator for iOS and brought up my Galactic Readiness, but it doesn't sync with my ME3 copy either. Nor can I download the soundtrack even though I bought the CE edition. There's obviously a problem, and Bioware hasn't responded on the technical forums, hopefully they'll respond here. But I doubt it.

No co-op match. The origin lady says I should play an EA demo, but I already played ME3 demo on Feb 18.Banefully Yours wrote...

Makes absolutely no sense.
You activated the online pass and launched the game atleast once with internet connection, I assume. That should pretty much do it. I could keep guessing all day, but a dev response would be appreciated.

Yeah, I have a feeling the devs know and just don't want to respond. Because I can't even download my soundtrack, which was promised with my CE. I'm signed in with the same email I use for my PSN for my Origin/EA account. It should work, it's not. It's a problem with the game itself, as the site recognizes my progress from Mass Effect Infiltrator, but the game doesn't.

I'm going to bump this all day until it gets answered. Don't tell me to post it in the tech forums either, because there's no response there.

Origin isn't giving me the option to even add a PSN ID persona. It knows I played the ME3 demo. I already started up ME3 and even got connected to EA servers. I can play MP, but BSN will not recognize my PSN ID. I really want my DLC and Soundtrack...

Did you redeem the codes through BSN or PSN?

When I first started up Mass Effect 3, it had a menu that asked for the Online Pass. I redeemed it there.Banefully Yours wrote...

Poor customer care. For shame Bioware, for shame. It's all they're complaining about on the tech forums, and you know how many responses there are from Bioware there? NONE.

I feel your pain. Wish I had the correct answer to this. Crossing my fingers in hopes of a dev answering this and resolving your issue, as well as others.

Hey guys, I moved this to Site Help so it doesn't get lost. Can you post or message me your PSN names? I can do a lookup and hopefully try to help track down the problem.

aem949, I removed your email address for safety.
I looked up your PSN in the Origin user db and it is registered under an aol.com account. Do you know about that?

I did not. Is there anyway I can change that? I haven't used my aol account in years.
