I'm planing to replay the entire series and I was wondering if anyone has discovered what the effect will be on ME3 if you spare the rachni?

I spared the rachni and the reapers changed them to a kind of rachni-reaper. not fun to fight against one of those...

Reapers pulls  a Cerberus and brainwash her kids again. Oh and unlike Cerberus, they also mutate them.

Note: You get the same choice at the end...

Actually, as I understand it, if you spared her, you can get them on your side at the end. If you didn't, they will only be enemies.

i spared her. and she send troops to help.

If you spared her in the first game then you can get her as war assets in this game - otherwise the Reapers will have created a cloned queen that will betray you.

War numbers vary. And if you spare them you can get the Krogan some extra rations.
