I saw a thread on this earlier that mentioned it was possible if you had a certain about of points based off of ME2 and ME3 decisions. I do, however I still cannot ally both. How do I accomplish this?
Is possible to save BOTH Legion and Tali?

No, the other thread is talking about Quarians and Geth. You can ally them, if you meet a few conditions.
Legion is impossible to save either way.

You can bring peace to the Geth and the Quarians, If you have a high enough paragon/renegade score and pushed for peace in the previous games, but Legion always dies (as far as I know).

Legion always sacrifices himself.

So, how do I ally them? Is this an option AFTER someone makes a sacrifice or before? Cause as of now the Geth are all blown to hell. I meet all requirements listed here...

When you take out the reaper on the Quarian homeworld, Legion says he wants to upload the reaper tech to all the Geth. That will cause them to come online again and crush the Quarians, so Tali begs you not to do it. With a high enough paragon/renegade score, you are able to persuade the Quarians to stop fighting, and they make peace with the Geth who then help them rebuild their homeworld. This is all right after you destroy the reaper.

OK. I guess I need higher rep. Gonna do a bunch of side quests first.

Yes. It caught me by surprise, because people told me Tali would commit suicide if I didn't kill the Geth... but that wasn't true.
Of course, now that I know that war assets don't matter, and that the Geth have to die in order to defeat the Reapers... I may have to let the geth die outright this time around.

I looked into this during my first playthrough, since I couldn't do it. There's a list of things you have to have done before it becomes an option ...
Destroy heretics in ME2
Save Tali from exile in ME2
Get Tali and Legion to play nice in ME2
Save Admiral Koris
Disable fighter server
Then whilst Legion's uploading the reaper code, you should get a 'Rally the fleet' paragon dialogue option which will end the conflict.
EDIT: See you already have a better list than mine so I'll just offer moral support brah
