So, people, CHECK YOUR GAME before asking for a fix ! Because, most of the time, its just corrupted game files ...

Like i said before i have already tryed repair many times now, and reinstall origin and ME3. But it does not help at all.
I also tryed to mix up the affinity for ME3 in task manager, but still same crash. So far nothing helps or even slows it down. Crashes from 10-30min.
So a update from BW tech about this would be nice, atleast we will know they are working on it or aware of it. Because it seems like they do not atm.. And i really dont want to play the game like this, and i do not know if my computer can take permenant damage from these forced shutdowns.

If you actually took the time to read this thread you will see that most of us have tried
- Old drivers
- new drivers
- affinity changes
- reparing origin/game install

- disabling origin in game
- disabling Anisotropic filtering, motion blur, spherical harmonic lighting, in all variations
Have a winXP32, (so its not the 64bit win7)
dual-core AMD,
4870 1G GDDR5,
12.2 catalyst (also froze on 12.8)
currently runing 800Mhz RAM
NO overclock at all, default voltages etc...
STILL freezes every 30-40 mins in EVERY single player launch, freezed in multiplayer ONLY TWICE! (once in extraction wave, kinda sux) Symptom: Display loses input from VGA.
So in my opinion it has something to do with performance issues, the game is not handling it good. Like if it'd overcook something, however its not the case. Heared about issues with BF3 having similar problems.
Game setup is:
- N7 edition,
- any armor freezes, any weapons
- custom FemShep imported from ME1 -> ME2 -> ME3 (had to reconstruct her face though)
Hope this helps you in any way . . . ask Garrus for some ME3 calibrations! The game needs it!

So i think the problem is with nvidia. So either get a new 3d card or wait for a update/fix =(

Not trying to be rude or anything, but how will that help when we can play other games perfectly, and ME3 is the ONLY game that displays this error?.

However I will have to point out that i haven't received the blue screen of death yet.
Solutions attempted.
A new and older graphic driver.
Re-installed Mass Effect 3.
Repaired Mass Effect 3.
Checked for updates for Mass Effect 3.
Re-installed Origin.
Checked for updates for Origin.
Changed affinity so only CPU 0, was on.
Closed down all user processes but explorer, Origin and Mass Effect 3.
Replaced the default awc.dll and EACore.dll with they patched versions.
Sadly none of them have helped.

Bioware really showing how much they care about their consumers.
I should also point out that i could play the demo without problems before release, and that is essentially the full game just missing maps/some textures etc.

HOWEVER! I think I might found sg. that SOLVED THE PROBLEM! Seriously!
Half a page above I've listed what I've already tried. Reset all those, running on full high, origin enabled. Basically a full settings mode. I've played Singleplayer (was crashing after 20-30 mins every time) but now I've played like 2.5 hours without a single problem. My solution is below, but:
I DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES IF YOU TRY THE SAME AND COOK YOUR VGA!
1. In Catalyst Control Center, Enabling AMD Overdrive. You have to unlock it first if you hadn't already.
2. Drive the RAM frequency a little UNDER the default value by ~100MHz (at mine, from 900 to 800)
3. TEST IT. (hit Esc if don't wanna quit itself)
4. Apply if test succesfull.
I hope any of you got lucky with this method. Please share if you get any results, and when BW guys get back to work, we might just get a little stress off them.
p.s.: apart from the bugs, this game rocks
