Hello,
I redeemed the tokens from my Dragon Age CD game for Stone Prisoner and I downloaded Wardens Keep against paid points.
Now I wanted to log in and resume the game and suddenly it claims the content is "unauthorized". ????????
What can I do? Or rather, how can I get Bioware to remedy this?
Chris
Suddenly "unauthorized" new content?

I have the same issue. WTF BioWare, I can't load my save now. This is ridiculous.

I had that after playing Stone Prisoner and Wardens Keep... The only solution I found was to un-install the game and re-download the whole thing from EADM and re-install. All works now but I will not put my old save game in just in case that breaks it again.

Have you tried to run the game as Administrator. You need to start the game with these rights if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7. (Right click the Dragon Age shortcut for that.)

doesnt work
the problem seems to appear with wardens keep rather than stone prisoner - and blood armor has no problem at all (weird)

this game is just getting worse and worse. Same problem with me. DLC worked and now it doesn't. I'm also getting the memory leak issues, crashes and corrupted save games. Never complained about a game before so this is a big first for me. Not even after Frontier: First Encounters. The sad thing is I love DAO!

I have same issue... and i waited days for their answer in customer support and all they said was "login with the same account what you used for buying the DLC"... well for **** sake i only have ONE account... it even says i have 400bioware points left (because i bought 1600points-1200 stone prisoner) So it is absolutely the very same account what i used to purchase the DLC stone prisoner...
They have some serious account issues... and they are not even working to fix them. Well, i wont be buying new DLCs anymore if they wont fix this..

I found a way to fix this..
in your dragon age director ...\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship there is "daupdater.exe" run it as administrator, then start up game, login and then you can load saved games from DLC.

You have to check if the windows service "Dragon Age Origins Updater" is running. This is the main reason for working DLSs to become unauthorized.

The Dragon Age Content Updater service has to be running to authorize your DLC. It can be manually started in your list of services (from the start menu run services.msc).
To get it to start up automatically I pretty much had to set all the .exe files in the bin_ship directory to always run as administrator (windows 7). But now it appears to finally be working automatically.
