I use a laptop with a wireless connection to the internet at my house.  I went to my college to download mass effect 3 since it has very fast internet.  At my house now, I have crazily high ping on my home internet at all times, wirelessly and while plugged in.  I chatted with origin customer support and the most they could give me was that it might be some sort of network incompatibility.. no specifics though.   could anyone help me out?
