After I got home last night I took the the pass code out and input it on
xbox.com (I hate entering codes using the 360 controller). Anyway,
after I did that is put the Ashes DLC in my download queue. I turned the
xbox on and left it on the dashboard and went to have some dinner. Got
back download was done put the game in. Once it started up it asked to
redeem online pass code or purchase, of course I clicked redeem code.
After entering the code it said it has already been redeemed. Turned the
xbox off and back on, entered code and same problem. This happen to
anyone else and know what to do? I don't want to pay another $10 for
online pass. Help anyone?

Have the same exact problem.
Started up ME3 and when it asked me for the online pass activation code I entered it, the servers confirmed and authenticated it without a problem. I then proceeded to download the DLC and then started a new game. Played for a bit then exited and logged off.
Started ME3 up again this morning, I was again asked for the online code, so I entered the same code again and to my surprise I was told that the code is already in use and now I cant play multilayer.

FYI I got the Collectors Edition on 360, don't know if that changes anything.

I have the CE as well. Don't know who to speak with on the matter.

Same thing here, still can't get it to work. Hopefully a dev drops by to advise.

I did the same and it will not take the code again. I did the chat for help and the guy could not help me. Not sure what to do now. It has the online pass in my game but not allowing me to see stats or world at war information. I was hoping they would link it up since i put in the code on Xbox.com because I hate keying them in on the controller as well. What do I do now??? Anyone who has gotten a better reply or solution please pass it on.

I'm going to ask this, but are you entering the code in the middle of the card, or at the top of the card? The code in the middle of the card unlocks the DLC, the one at the top of the card is the online pass. I missed the one at the top completely on my first session and didn't even notice it until it asked me to redeem the code again on my second session.

Yeah the top code is the pass code, the bottom code is the DLC code and there is one extra code for the avatar prop on the back of the 2 day gold pass you get with the game as well.

wheresthe dlc code for the Arsenal pack for people with CE cause ive been playing for 2 days now and ive realized i never had it

You mean for the "N7 weapons?" I got those after I entered the code across the top of the CE card.

For xbox 360 users hit the guide button
got to settings
got to account settings
go to recent Downloaded history
Redownload Online Pass
