Kaidan is back on the Normandy after hospitalization. Am I still in Act I? I'm trying to avoid spoilers past this moment, so just yes or no is good . Thanks in advance!

ME3 has really horrible structuring and pacing, so while it techically has acts, don't think about it too much.
You know when you move into the third and final act, but it's so badly done, that you'll disappoint yourself when it's over after about an hour or two.
On-topic: You are about halfways, I'd say. Act II-ish.
