 I'm having a tough time deciding whether I should save her, or let her die? What are the consequences?

I saved her and a few crew members got mad at me, But she didn't stab me in the back if thats what your worried about.

He's asking for spoilers if he wants to know what the consequences are to the decision. He just doesn't want to know anything that happens after the mission.

I saved her. Grunt was pissed at first and baaarely survived, buuut.... he survived (in an epic cutscene). So there were no real consequences.

If it's the queen from ME1 I'd recommend doing so. Otherwise... yeah.

 Yes you should if you saved her in ME 1, have Grunt loyal from ME2

I killed her on ME1 and Grunt was loyal on ME2

so its a no go the new one will betray you and set back your effort in building the crucible, I suggest changing the Save file via gibbs save editor, the rachni are a invaluble asset in the war

Do not trust the fuzzy wuzzy rachni doggies unless you befriended their fuzzy wuzzy rachni mommy in ME1.

If you leave her behind because you're worried to be stabbed in the back, Grunt survives along with his company. Based on the dialogue, I imagine if you try to save the queen, his company dies. So you still do get some War Assets points.

If Grunt was loyal in ME2, he survives no matter what you do, and you gain his help.
If Grunt wasn't loyal in ME2, he dies if you help the queen or survives if you don't.
If you saved the queen in ME1 and help her, she sends workers to assist with the project.
If you didn't save the queen in ME1 and help her, she stabs you in the back.
If you save the Queen, grunt's squad gets trashed.
If you don't save the Queen, grunt's squad is safe.

Thus, your four outcomes are: queen+grunt, grunt+squad, just grunt, and nothing at all.

(Note: Some of those are conjecture. If people got different outcomes, please correct me - I don't have time to test everything.)

It costs 1% in EMR to kill the real queen. That I found out when I had to make the quick call. But I figured she was indoctrinated by that point being around all that reaper tech. I was through fighting rachni. Probably a mistake. But I've got more characters to go through.

The reaper "queen" on the other hand.....
