Hello i was playing last night and after me and my friends finished a N7 mission i noticed all of my weapons, mods, equimpent, and characters were gone. I wouldnt be that upset about it cuz i wasnt very far but what has me upset is that i spent 800 micrsoft points on spec. packs. thats 10 bucks of my money gone. i just wanna know what to do how do i need to contact microsoft support? If someone would please let me know it would be very much apprecaited.
