I had 2 missions on Tuchanka left... the genophage cure one, and the bomb one. Since the genophage one said Priority in front of it, I chose to do it first.

Right after completing it, curing the genophage and having a emotional moment with Wrex and Eve, Hackett tells me the bomb went off and Eve died. That pisses me the hell off.

I understand keeping things urgent and having missions fail, but I wish they were marked as such. There was so much plot development and attachment to the Eve character and I sided with the Krogan all the way, only to hear that shes been killed off-screen right after I saved her in a previous mission.

Just a heads up.

Yah you always need to do any side missions available before hitting up the priorities. Some side missions however will be locked until you advance the main story due to the fact that the Systems those missions are in are unavailable.

It is kind of your own fault since before the bomb goes off the Primarch will send you a message saying "Hey, you know I really hope you can go help my son disarm that bomb"
