Last week I preordered ME3 (Regular Edition) on Origin and today, since I hadn't received my codes for the bonus weapons (M55 Argus Rifle + AT12 Raider Shotgun), I decided to contact Origin Support through Live Chat. There, a customer service representative was kind enough to generate a code for the Shotgun, but also told me that the Assault Rifle was for CE preorders only and that I wasn't eligible for it. I even linked them a video showcasing the incentives that someone else had posted on these forums (), but no dice. 

I know you guys have pulled stuff like this before (i.e. pulling the BF3 preorder incentive), but this is even worse: you're tricking your customers again, but this time over a friggin' virtual asset. I mean, really? I can understand not wanting to give everyone free copies of one of your best-selling titles... But an in-game weapon?! 

Your game was pretty cool by the way, but the direction your company is starting to take worries me. 

Tl;dr: I want my Argus Assault Rifle.

I didn't get the CE but I got the Argus when I preordered. Not a decent rifle though, pretty ****** poor for a pre-order bonus.
Double check your pre-order emails, I found my codes at the bottom of one, either way, you are entitled to it since they never said CE only.

The Argus is available to everyone who pre-ordered, CE or not.

Does anyone know if the Argus Assault Rifle and the AT12 Raider Shotgun are for the PC only? I pre-ordered the N7 CE edition for xbox and the N7 CE Digital Deluxe for the PC - only my pc copy has those two weapons.

Well, if it calms you down, M-55 Argus assault rifle is still piece of crap anyway. As a owner of CE I never used that gun - only at firerange for testing.

Most of the "exclusive" stuff was crap I just hate missing out on stuff if I'm supposed to get it! I had to speak to EA just to get the crappy Chakrum Launcher and Knight Armour because the xbox demo didn't give them to me.

I'd also like to know where I find the "defender" armour as I don't seem to have that even though I've downloaded all the stuff I can - using the codes Origin sent me.. I feel like I'm being cheated, no matter how good or bad the stuff is if I'm supposed to be eligible for it I wantz it lol

ahahaha been going through my emails... Found the email from the retailer with the code. All downloaded.. The Argus isn't bad actually... Bit too much kickback and a little expensive to upgrade but it definitely packs a punch.
