I pre-ordered a physical copy which arrived in the post this morning, but I cannot install the game as the activaction code is nowhere to be found. I'm hoping this is just me being blind as all hell, but I really doubt it.

Its not a collectors edition so theres no instruction manual in the box, just 2 dvd's and a reversible cover sleeve.

Could someone with an idential copy with a code please point out exactly where the code is located? I'm going mad here.
