Apologies if this is the wrong place to bring this problem, however, the retailer I bought Mass Effect 3 from suggested I do this.

Yesterday I picked up the collector's edition of Mass Effect 3. When I got home I took the collector's edition steel game case out to find it already dented. The discs are thankfully not damaged. I called the retailer and unfortunately they were unable to assist me in swapping cases as this would of caused them to have to open another copy.

As I did not cause this damage to the steel case, I would like a replacement. I realize that I will need to contact either Bioware or EA by phone or e-mail to get a replacement steel case. I'm posting this topic on this forum simply because I was unable to find said phone number or e-mail address that would be able to assist in this matter. Does anyone know the e-mail address or phone number that I should use to get this issue resolved?

As they're limited editions I'd say it's not likely to be replaced unless ur retailer had some. Try the ea/origin customer service.... They have a live online chat
