Just an update on my end: its been 24 hours from when the advisor said it would be fixed and it has not yet. Already talked to another and that ended up with a disconnect on his end... talking to another one here soon. Just sent a message to Chris Buzon, as well. Just want to play with my old weapons and characters.

Update: After 2 disconnects, one from the EA rep's end and another weird issue that caused me to jump back into the queue for a representative, finally got a final answer to post here. None of them even told me why I had to wait 24 hours to begin with. Waste of my time and raised my hopes to get nothing in the end.

The same, I finished a mission and had the welcome screen of the multiplayer. I lost all my equips, weapons and characters unlocked.

I find such a huge bug kinda of insulting. ME3 have so many bugs like that that I doubt I'll buy any dlc on this one.

Just wanted to say I had this happen to me too and spent $5 bucks on Bioware fun dollars. Please for the love of god I want my stuff back. I chose to buy those points instead of my ramen dinner for the week and now instead of just starving I'm missing all my ME3 multiplayer progress too :(

Also the EA rep was completely useless and told me to click on the Bioware game support link which literally just brings you to EA support.

No offense man, but get your priorities straight.

Aside from that, any word from BioWare regarding this issue?

Same here. Lost 2 Spectre packs (Geth Pulse Rifle, Graal Spike Thrower, and Quarian Infiltrator).

Still no news on my end. Just going to repost the Mod's names that I have found that seem to be working on this issue. Please PM them with your Origin ID name and System.

GOD DAMN IT ...... 

I am enjoying the game since demo, I started playing MP since the day it was released, I had spend alot of time on the game and reached level 51 and bought quite a few Spectre Boxes and the rest of the Boxes. I had unlock quite abit of weapons and toons.

Just when I finished a round,  I got the picture (i borrowed the link from another player > http://i.imgur.com/h6xVU.jpg), end game score chart but with the Welcome to N7 overlaid over it. (i tot ... wow ... more surprise! I click store) The battle summary menu is displayed overlapping with the normal character lobby menu, and I got the screen that says Welcome to the Spec Ops?!?!? (WTF?) My starter pack was shown on the screen like the 1st time i loaded the MP game. Then my game crashed. When I finally loaded my game, I realize I had lost all the weapons which I had unlocked till that point.

Are they going to give back my unlock weapons? 

I am RESET to the basic weapons.

Spent 20 dollars on bioware points to unlock a few spec packs as well. I contacted support but they dodged the very question if reimbursement is even possible given the best circumstance.

I can't believe they haven't hotfixed this issue yet. it's even more unbelievable Bioware isn't responding to ANY of these threads that i've seen.

Spent over 3k bioware points on spectre packs, I dont care if you give me my items back, or my just give me the 3200 bioware points back, either way Im fine, but I want those items back, i used real money to unlock rare classes that I wanted to play and this is just a quick kick in the teeth for me, all the info is saved, got a class I already had from a veteran pack and his name, skill points everything was saved, they are just locked. FIX IT

I share the same problems as you guys do.

I just noticed though that under "My Cases" in the Origin customer service page, there is a case open for Mass Effect entitled "Character". I have a good feeling that they're going to help us get our stuff back.

You guys should check out your cases as well, and let me know if you have the same case open.

I don't have a case open yet, but if this is them fixing the problem, I hope they get it out the door soon.

Same thing happened to me , lost all items i attained and characters besides the basics..They really like having that Store button on every page , you would think this bug woulda been found prior to release.

I mean losing real money over it and still they dont respond! sloppy.

How many credits did I lose when the average of credits that I recieved was around 20.000!

This just happened to me. I lost al my guns, weapons and characters. I didn't even go into the store, I just finished a game and all of a sudden the screen that comes up the first time you play ME3 MP (special ops screen) came up and everything was gone. My character is still leveled up, but if I go into the character selection my level 16 Quarian Infiltrator is locked!
