I was sent an email from EA/Bioware as well...

I really hope a fix come sout soon. I stopped playing MP and I want to play again soon... but only when a fix comes because I don't wanna pump out more hours and lose all my stuff again...

Still no BW response?

Mainly @ the lost real money.

I put in a ticket into customer support 4 days ago, and still no response. They told me to wait 24-48 hours -_-

 Same issue. Lost 10 dollars worth of merchandise. If this isn't rectified my bank will be all over Bioware's ass.

Yeah, I had the same issue. I had it happen the day after I first got the game, so I didn't lose as much as some. I lost my Solarian Engineer race card, though oddly I can still play him. Though I'm sure I'll lose him if I switch off him, so I'm basically stuck on him alone for now.

Well, as long as you don't log in and play, you don't run the risk of losing all that stuff! Then you can basically have Schrodinger's Account existing in the state of ruined and not-ruined at the same time.

i got a mail this morning

"We cannot restore lost items at this time. This is part of what Bioware is working out, and updates to the situation can be gained from Bioware Social Network web site. Thank you for your patience."

Add me to this list. Bought a spectre pack with Bioware points when I first started with the multiplayer and got the Widow sniper rifle, and bought another that had another Widow, but it was a 1 too. So now I can't change mods on some of my weapons, others have mods I don't have, my ammo count for my Widow went from 11 to 8 ( I assume my ammo cap mod isn't working) and I checked my classes after reading some other people's experiences and I lost my Quarian Engineer and Turian Soldier classes.

Normally wouldn't be so annoying if I hadn't sunk money into these.

It'd be nice if there were any kind of official update. Yeah, the letter that was sent out with the snazzy graphics acknowledging the problem was nice and all, but it really said nothing. And the longer that people wait to have their accounts restored, the more frustration for customers and subsequent possible money Bioware is losing from people who would have bought points if their accounts weren't screwed. As it stands now, I have been playing multiplayer without any of my unlocks and got all of my classes to 20. I'm now sitting on a million credits and won't use them until the accounts are fixed. Having beaten single player and maxed out multiplayer levels without the possibility of getting items, then there is no reason to keep playing. :-/

surely if they can't return lost items then they should refund everyones bioware points and in game credits and add a little something extra for the trouble. it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep spinning 'don't do XYZ' and actually said 'we messed up so here is XYZ'. were all paying customers at the end of the day, you wouldn't get this if you bought a tv and it stopped working correctly. its cos its impersonal being online.

Exactly. I don't think that people would be upset if they just refunded the points, maybe a bit extra for the inconvenience, and just made it so that you couldn't go to the store if you've readied up already. That way, they wouldn't have to worry about doing a rollback which will surely break the game in some other way, like removing levels or something.

Have lost stuff, did play after though, but id does suck without all thouse weapon upgrades characters and so on. I hope this issue will be resolved. And fast. Its irritating as hell

Seriously, I would have spent more money on BW points if they would given me my 1600 I paid for back already.

I really don't get why we can't just get credited for the points we spent.
I understand if they wanna patch the game first and then give us the credits though.
A response would be nice Bioware...

Also just realized you cannot use your lost char unique names. Like my unique names were Janus Maki Sin Maki and a few others, now that those chars are gone I cannot remake someone with that name either.

Seriously, I'm probably done with bioware, now that the ME3 was the last thing I was looking forward too. Now that it's been over a week and still no response to the paying customers there's no way i'm going to spend any more money on them.

An e-mail about the warning is nice... after my account was bugged. What happens to the vanished BW points people paid for? I feel like I just got scammed.

I say we just keep logging the problem with bioware. they will get fed up eventually. I honestly don't think I've received worse customer support from anywhere before.

you have to rename the character using it
if its locked you have to unlock it and rename it to use it..
