So after a week of constantly emailing and ticketing EA/Bioware they have stopped replying.... I guess thats their answer for this problem, if they hide we will eventually forget it.

I called EA and the representative that helped me finally did something about it. She refunded all the money I spent that was lost. Someone's getting a thank you letter.

Sorry haven't gotten back to this sooner work has been a little crazy. Today has been 2 weeks since the original ticket about my first post and has yet to be resolved. Once again I tried customer support through EA's live chat to no success... I did however call in and talk to a live rep who said it was a problem on Bioware's end and there was honestly nothing he could do as of yet. He was nice enough to be honest and said the best option is to keep to the forums and that Bioware is currently working on a way to fix the issue. If your worried or impatient about this like me I highly suggest you use the phone call option since they seem to be the ones who are trying to help and be understanding. He even checked this forum post, thanks man. To a gm if you could please add me to that list would appreciate it greatly.

Forgot to mention since the original post I have done 5 Live Chats "grrr" and 2 Phone calls "great people". I have recieved 1 email from EA letting me know my ticket was open and on record. Zero emails or any means of contact from Bioware "sigh". I hope someones having some luck with this guys.

One great thing about a phone call, is you can tell if they carelessly say "Sorry." because of the anonymity of the internet, the chat system feels like they get nothing done.

i have chated in almost every day since my initial issue, this pretty much sums what i get from the chat service every time i try
"wait a few days and try again, no we cant give you a refund its against our policy to refund online purchases."
im going to try the phone support tomorrow see if thats any better

still nothing the longer they wait the worst it will be...

i can see them ****** it up and giving us an old version of the account now the i unlocked allmost evrything for the 2nd time.. :P

damm they should just give us credits and good is...

like 1 sprectre pack for evry 2-3 levels on the account... would make up more or less i guess :P

well 1 out of 100 ploeple helping is something  good no..? :P  actualy worth a thank.. i would be thankful too  is   i would  finaly get my  stuff back... or at least my bioware points back that i spend on packs  befor the reset..  ^^

Oh, they can refund online purchases, because if they don't it's theft. I wonder how many people haven't even bothered to report on the boards about this. If it's large enough I say sue them.

That's the first refund I have heard about. Since I started this post I have been told no refunds from EA could be given because the item was purchased with BIOWARE points, and that basically means I'm sol till I hear something from them.

Ok, I didn't pay for any BW points, but I lost quite a few classes and items. I was hoping they would have a fix for this issue in the previous patch,but no...I am trying to be patient and wait for a patch with a fix for this issue, because I'd really like my items and chars back.

Also I am sure there are quite a lot of people experiencing this same "bug",so I am hoping for a fix in the near future :)

I wouldn't plan on that happening. Bioware has been 0 help to lots of people with this issue besides people who spent money on bioware points. This is the last $60 bioware will ever get from me. I've had this bug happen twice, and you can recreate the bug and they still have said nothing about fixing it or refunding anyone besides bioware points for people adn thats only SOMETIMES.
