I hope this information helps, i'm the only person on this forums that actually had my problem solved.(that I have seen anyways, suprised there's no legal action yet tbh)

There was an issue in Mass Effect 3 that affected a very small number of people and caused them to lose their items while playing multiplayer. This issue was brought to our attention and BioWare fixed the problem. All of the players affected have already been notified.
