Over 3 weeks, 5 tickets - some escalated, forum posts... and nothing. It's beyond my level of comprehension that a company would act like this and not even update people.

its just a scam by EA .


i had a open ticket a few weeks ago they just delted my ticket ....
i got a mail 2minutes ago

me thinks there are grounds for a class action lawsuit after all EA is basically stealing stuff you bought from them

Pretty sure it would be biowares fault not EA since Bioware has our money and EA is just a middle man.

Just had this happen to me. Bought some packs and then got a transaction error. Can't even level or change the appearance/weapons/equipment of the characters I got cards for or unlocked,

Could you guys try telling EA(when you contact them) that your purchase of Bioware points failed to go through? It's essentially the same thing. The rep I talked to a while ago said she was able to refund me my money, because the item(s) I purchased were relocked and I failed to receive the service provided. By the way, she refunded my purchase of the 1600 bioware points I bought, not the in-game packs. She said it was against policy to give an item to a customer without receiving some kind of payment, so they just had to refund me my money.\\

I hope this information helps, i'm the only person on this forums that actually had my problem solved.(that I have seen anyways, suprised there's no legal action yet tbh)

I told them i would take any refund avaliable either in bioware points or cash, they told me they couldnt do that.

There was an issue in Mass Effect 3 that affected a very small number of people and caused them to lose their items while playing multiplayer. This issue was brought to our attention and BioWare fixed the problem. All of the players affected have already been notified. We want you to know that we have not forgotten about you and we have now returned the lost items to your multiplayer inventory.

Just logged in and checked, no change. Plus I played a ton and got most of my stuff back. So what does that mean for the value of what is lost because I already unlocked it a second time?

Same problem with the poster above me. I see no real "change" in my gear even after getting a e-mail saying my items were restored. It has been a long time since I lost my items, and I have basically gotten them all back. I hope that these "restored" items come in the form of credits or at least will they be able to add onto the current levels of my items? Example being I have a widow rank 1 now, and I at least had a widow rank 1 before I lost it. Will I see my Widow at rank 2?
