 I got to the part in the DLC where Shepard sees the reapers destroying the Prothean's homeworld. After it cuts back into the gameplay portion, the game freezes up and I can't get it to do anything. I've tried restarting my console and it still keeps doing this. Can anyone help me with this?

Try lowering your resolution on your xbox and playthrough that part again, it should work. I was having the same problem using 1080p res and it kept lockiing up on me until I dropped it down to 720p res. I know it sounds stupid but it worked for me so at least give it a try. Several other people have had this problem to.

I'm getting this same stupid freezing a few moments after the movie with the Reapers starts at the console where you obtain the "statis data"... I've tried obtaining the stasis data first, I've tried getting the other data (physical removal data) first, whatever order it always freezes on the statis data console. I've tried deleting the DLC and re-downloading it... I've tried changing my resolution to 720p, to Standard... nothing works for me. This really sucks.

Deleted everything, including my save files and re-downloaded the DLC. Started over again and went to Eden Prime as soon as I could. Everything went smoothly. So apparently the DLC was corrupted or something, and even though I re-downloaded it, I guess having a save file still inside the DLC meant it was corrupted too and re-downloading wouldn't have fixed it unless I had a save outside the mission, which I didn't.

Fight to the first area where you can access a console. Ignore it. Continue fighting to the second console and use that one first.

I am having this same exact issue. I just downloaded the DLC today and I was having NO FREEZING issues up untill this point....

Like I said, only thing that fixed it for me was deleting everything (From Ashes DLC, all saves, etc.), redownloading From Ashes, and starting over again. Although if you have a save before entering the mission (like on the Normandy before going anywhere) maybe you can just delete the From Ashes DLC and try redownloading it and then starting the mission again. But from my experience if your save is right before starting the mission (team/weapon select/etc. screen) or inside the mission, no matter how many times you redownload the DLC, it will still freeze.

I keep getting freezing after seeing the first cutscene where the Reapers are invading. It never froze like this on my first 3 playthroughs and all of a sudden it starts now. The only that has changed on Xbox since my last 3 playthroughs was changing my wireless network from WPAP2 to WEP security so I could use my DS.

On a related note, ever since I got a new router my Xbox has had trouble connecting to Xbox Live and it would always disconnect as soon as I started up my Xbox and it won't reconnect to Xbox Live until I test the connection. Now that I set it to WEP it starts up not connected and I have sit there trying to test the connection like I was before it would say I could not connect for like a minute before it would finally work. WTF is going on?

EDIT: Going to the second terminal first and then coming back to first terminal worked perfectly!
