1) The registering of Collector's Edition as Regular Edition is Bioware's "fault". It has been acknowledged in other threads (not by Bioware themselves, of course, lol).
2) To get the soundtrack, it's pretty much "luck"... some people got it, some don't. By contacting an Origins Rep. you might get it. The soundtrack will appear in your "registered game content" section, and NOT in the games tab. Lastly, the soundtrack will appear as PC/MAC and NOT PS3, but it doesn't matter.
