look at mass effect 3 on th games tap next to the polls tap should be there it was for me.

That's the problem. It's not there because most of us can't get our CE to register because there's not CE version to register, just the standard edition. Thus, it thinks we didn't register CE at all when we're supposed to.

has anybody found how to get their soundtrack? i registered my CE but it still says i only have standard and i did everything it suggested to do

i seem to be having the same problem with my collectors editon however I seemed to get the from ashes dlc to appear on my registered content page but no online pass and soundtrack verification to appear someone PLEASE HELP US!

Have the same problem. Used the codes given but still can't get the soundtrack. Bioware needs to straighten this out asap.

Bioware and EA needs to fix this..its getting out of hand. What is worse is they aren't even acknowledging the issues.

 yeah i can't access the soundtrack for my CE too, and it only shows half of my registered game content in my profile eventhough i have all of them in my game. Please fix this Bioware, thanks.

Haha, I've said this before in a bunch of other threads, but I'll post it again:

1) The registering of Collector's Edition as Regular Edition is Bioware's "fault". It has been acknowledged in other threads (not by Bioware themselves, of course, lol).
2) To get the soundtrack, it's pretty much "luck"... some people got it, some don't. By contacting an Origins Rep. you might get it. The soundtrack will appear in your "registered game content" section, and NOT in the games tab. Lastly, the soundtrack will appear as PC/MAC and NOT PS3, but it doesn't matter.

Finally got the chance to talk to EA support, problem fixed.

IT's just easier to do so, took all of a few minutes.
