Having trouble with ME3 soundtrack and getting a hold of anyone that can help.

Yes I have ME3 Collectors Edition and yes I've redeemed all the codes and played online using the correct accounts. This site has registered that I have the From Ashes DLC (obtained from said Collectors Edition) so I know it's linked right. The page with the soundtrack info says to contact EA if I had problems, EA said it couldn't help and to call the retailer I bought it from. I doubt GameStop can help.

I'm trying to download the soundtrack but it keeps saying I don't have the CE registered. When I try to contact Bioware, it sends me to a EA login screen that refuses to go any farther when I enter my login info.

Who am I suppose to contact for help with the soundtrack if not EA like the page says?

It's not an issue with this website or GameStop. There is an issue with the PS3 version of the game not reporting all the needed details so we can properly identify what version of the game you own. The current solution is to contact EA Customer Support and they should help you get access to the soundtrack. Can you please PM me the details from your live chat?
