I suuuuuuuure did. I want to know what happens if you side with the clerk, though. Does he realize the last couple years have partially been wasted in line?

I sided with the clerk accidentally because I wasn't paying attention. Shepard chaps Refund Guy's butt for complaining about a refund while there's a war still on. Refund Guy lets it go leaving the clerk mystified why someone wanted a refund on their toaster oven so badly.
