I tried to open horizon and it says "Error parsing"- what does that mean? The program won't start....

Hey everyone, so I did the fix around the time rebellion came out and everything was fine, so today I played and logged off, normally as far as I can tell, and now it's freezing again, well I went to do the fix again but the "Titlespecific#" isn't there, idk what to do, anyone got anything to help me out?? And yea I tried resetting my cache, please help

"We have 2 options: 1) invest time and energy hunting down the problem, creating a fix that deletes the corrupt profile sections, figure out a way to find / target only the affected users, and take responsibility for resetting achievement progress. No win situation.

2) Let the users do it themselves with the fix they've created. They take responsibility for everything."

i was playing fine two days ago and I log in yesterday spend five hours with two different tech supports EA & MS for them both to go "meh, well fix it eventually" i wanna play soon and get back into doing the weekend operations so fix it fast!

That's not even a possibility for me sadly, I'd take any and all prog reset to just play again it would mean I just need to replay the orig maps on gold again and then finish dagger on gold and I got em.

Bah looks like I'm never going to get a fix and am going to end up going to get a ****ty trade deal at gamestop sooner rather than later. >_<

I've had this problem for a week now and the Email's they keep sending me are pretty funny, it's like there Tech support team can't read what I've written. The only hope I seem to have gotten was when I called and spoke to the one dude and he basically told me I was screwed and that the fix is still a priority. The Emails I get are pretty funny, they Range from Deleting all my data, to reseting the clock on my xbox. Ive started posting on there twitter daily now just to try and get there attention.

so the "fix" does it have any consequences if i do it? not like the ticker reset, (i maxed it out just want to play mp)

I haven't heard of anyone having to face any consequences although technically you are modifying your Xbox profile so enter at your own risk. I'd like to think MS wouldn't ban people for fixing a game they paid for (that the game's own developer hasn't fixed in 5 months). If I hear of bans due to this you can believe they would never get another dime from me.

You are moding your profile but your not adding any advantages or anything like that right? You're just cutting out corrupt files, I've done it 2 or 3 times now without any problems, except that "Striker" counter...does anyone know what the hell that is btw? It's not an achievement as far as I know....

Woot EA help is amazing, today they told me that my disc is the problem, they refuse to admit there is even a problem.

I think it is an achievment for getting a certain number of melee kills (possibly 25) quite easy on multiplayer (just grab everything or use a krogan or vorcha on bronze.

I really cant wait to ignore this more when im in Japan for a month, and when I come back I'll probably grab a thumb drive to do the fix cause EA is clearly more concerned with pumping out Dead Space 3, Medal of Honor and Battlefield 4....so glad the last time I shot a Reaper was in April

I really love all this almost 6 months and this HUGE company as yet to come up with a fix, they better not just fix it, but also make it up to the 100s of people screwed by this. It is nothing but a well mannered middle finger to the consumers.

Just to interject...this seemingly "older" glitch just got me earlier this week. At this point, I would not at all be surprised if later cases such as mine are intentional server bans for people who have either used the missile launcher glitch or were simply a "negligent" party to those doing it (me).

It could also be that BioWare and EA have simply turned ME3 into a grand experiment that fully trains the company in both crisis management and customer relationship management.

OR, maybe it's simply that EA's servers for most of their games are just unstable. And maybe they're trying to increase stability by reducing server bandwidth by introducing bugs...while they work on fixing other bugs (vanguard glitch, missile glitch, general in-game freezes, etc).

As an afterthought, the TOS notification I read when I joined seemed fairly intimidating...so I just want to clarify my tone as being sarcastic with only a hint of actual frustration.

So this glitch has been goin' on since launch and Bioware and EA have done nothing? It just happened to me today... which is ridiculous seeing as how the game was working at 1 p.m. and all of a sudden stopped working 5 hours later. If this problem doesn't get fixed I might just sell all of my Mass Effect games. I'm not gonna mess with my gamertag and possibly get banned from XBOX Live just to play this game...
