Like I said at some point it's obviously a really low chance of the bug happening at any one time but man with so many people playing this is going to get ugly very very fast.

Man it is ugly all ready I am so mad right now that I what to be rood ofensive and swaire just see if that would get a reachen and a reply to what's going on what do thay need us to drag them to are house to show them ther really big problem thay need to fix fast. What do thay need all are gamertags who has this problem to see ther a problem

I wonder how many gamers are suffering from this bug? Its not just this forum. I'm guessing what, for every one of us here there's ten or so who aren't posting or who don't have EA accounts? The numbers are going to get too high soon enough. Bioware can't afford for large percentages of the fanbase unable to play ME3

 It's getting really hard to not read ME3 news, so a lot of the game is getting spoiled for me. Now I have double the rage, bioware you are not letting me participate in a prime video game pop culture moment! . At least I hope now when this weird bug is fixed I'll be getting a more complete expierence.

True. While I would assume the number of people that go on a forum for an issue in these cases outweighs those that have no issue, I still feel the number of people with issues on this forum are but a fraction of those actually experiencing the problem. Others most likely do not even think to use some sort of forum, and instead google answers or take it to the retailer.

I would most definitely love a fix for this.

Not unless they wat their game to be known as the Fallout New Vegas of 2012 and destroy any chance of the game having legs.

We all do I don't what to give up the game just after buying it a week ago cose I was looking fowerd to it after playing the demo. Why just us why has it not hit everyone have thay even got that far on the problem?

Okay this is a long shot, but I'm curious to see if we have anything in common with how we played or anything. 

For online play, I was a Sentinal, male and I was at lvl 22 when the game crashed. I also used some micro ponts on the spectre weapons stash and I got my galactic readiness up to 100%. 

For the campaign I imported my male shepard saved from me1 and 2, so I reached lvl 54 before the game crashed. 

Again, real long shot but maybe we all did the same thing and a programing bug crashed a circuit or something?

I'm not a programmer mate but maybe the bug has a .000001 % chance of happening or something like that each time X thing happens.  We are just the unlucky SOBS it happens too.

I THINK the only the common demonator is everyone it happened to was linked to the Galatic Awareness stuff and frooze up crashed at a loading screen?

Though I could be wrong about that.

Anyone tried tweeting at Bioware? The datapad app has a stream of reply tweets from @masseffect, talking about whatnots and what-have-yous.
Perchance we could get a quick "We know of the problem now shut up." tweet from them?

Think we got one of those 6 days ago.  That's not good enough for me in this day and age.  This isn't 2000.  Regular updates are the industry norm, not ignoring the consumers that are stuck with your broken product.

Another update for everyone, I just talked to the next ring up of Microsoft support and we tried changing my windows live ID email account, deleting my profile only and then recovering it using my new email address for my live ID and it did not work. However since I was polite on the phone and the guy sympathized with my situation he offered me either a discount on my live renewal or 800 MS points so I gladly accepted 800 points for my troubles, and in the mean time I guess I'll still just be waiting for Bioware to fix the problem. Maybe they will be grateful to those of us who have experienced the problem and offer us a few free Specter packs for multiplayer content, or an in game credit bonus so I can buy better guns now instead of saving up, or an XP boost, possibly a free dlc in the future... just throwing ideas around...

The response I got from my service tag e-mail(which was quicker than I thought it would be. Only took them three hours to get back to me) was that I should try deleting my cache(didn't work) or failing that, delete the saved information. I took a deep breath and did, and still nothing. I sent a response tag back asking for more advice. Hopefully I'll get another expedient reply...

Well there you go. I'm not sure what else we can do but wait. Seems we've tried every possible means of contacting Bioware.

Hello. I want to play multiplayer and... <pufff> freeze . I need to reset my Xbox. After that I have the same problem. I wrote to bioware 2 days ago - no respond. I wrote on facebook site ME , they delete my post and tell me that I should write to EA. I wrote to EA facebook site, but I still have no answer. I from Poland and in my country websites doesn't tell anything about that problem. I wrote about it on few polish famous online services and nobody writes in my topic. I hope to find solution there but I see that everybody are waiting for Bioware help...

Its perfectly fine. Sorry to hear about EA and Bioware not talking to you. Welcome to the club. We're thinking of geting t-shirts saying 'Gamertag Bug '12' 

I think your encounters with EA helps support a point I made earlier. I think the reason Bioware and EA are so silent is because they have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it. They're as lost as we are.

man i am so glad i didnt buy this stupid game. gamefly saved me 60 because 4 days into playing got same problem as u guys. Would be mad but what a horrible game anyways(rehash of 2 or what?). Feel bad for all u guys who care thou what a horrible bug.

You write better than half the people who are native users of the language.  

BioWare has acknowledged the issue but have not given us any info regarding their progress towards applying a fix or solution.

Eh one of the best games I've played.....and I wish I'd rented it heh.

 I'm not saying we deserve anything but the PC exclusive weapon DLC would be a nice "apology gift"
