Whereas I just want to see the ending everyone's complaining about.
But hey, if they want to kick a little something to me (cashmoney candy), I wouldn't complain.

Except, if you buy into those rumors, it states that the DLC is free.jrowe4 wrote...
I feel that we should be compensated with whatever ending dlc they are coming out with, as I bet the fix to our problem wont be solved until it comes out anyway. Also, seeing as the dragon age 2 patches contained many fixes, I doubt we will see a dedicated fix to this problem. My advice is to stay patient, play some other games and STAY away from any me3 spoilers. I'm currently going through a back catalog right now, though its just too bad the next couple of days are the only free time I will have way from work.

We need to be very vocal about our dissatisfaction with this matter. It is absurd that we should suffer because of a game breaking glitch in BioWare and EA's game.eldertaco wrote...
i would like to be given the stuff from this weekends online thing and any other online things they do while we can't play. though it would be hard to authenticate who actually has the issue and is due the packs

I'm not trying to be a dick, but I just don't think EA will ever acknowledge us. More likely a patch will be silently released around April 4-5 and that will be the end of it.

Good evening sir,
I am not certain whether this email will be automatically deleted or not but I might as well give it a go. You see, I have been experiencing a quite severe issue with one of your companies games. The game in question is Mass Effect 3 specifically for the XBOX360. I have spent nearly five hours of my life collectively trying to fix this problem I have been having with both the folks at Microsoft Support, EA support and those even at Best Buy's Geek Squad: my own place of work. I would not be taking this time to seriously email you if I did not see this issue as important.
The issue in question is freezing of the game just before the title screen of the game. This happens directly after seeing the image of earth on the loading screen. It causes a direct system freeze up where the only way to unfreeze the XBOX360 is to turn the power off. Upon initially finding this error, I did what any gamer would do to try to fix it. I cleaned it, installed it to hard disk, returned it three times for another copy, reset the cache of my memory unit, called both EA and Xbox support all to no avail. When I decided to go out on a limb and sign out of my gamer profile, the issue was fixed and the game was then again playable. The problem with this is that if data on the XBOX360 is saved under a gamer profile, it is under that profiles ownership and cannot be re-accessed by another gamer profile or even local profile. I proved this theory with successfully playing the game Mass Effect 3 on three of my friend's XBOX360s and all worked just fine. The instant I recovered and signed into my gamer profile, the system locked up the same way mine had done...on all three systems at the same screen.
This issue my friend, is not game-breaking but a fully game-preventing glitch that MUST be addressed. Despite my contacting of EA and Xbox, no announcement of this issue has been even slighted on the end of Bioware. This concerns me because the more I search the web on this issue the more instances of it I see pop up. It is fully random when it strikes. My glitch persisted after about a day of game-play. I managed to complete the game but was blocked with this horrid glitch the morning I desired to begin my second play through.
I am not alone in this matter Mr. Wong. Please bring this to the attention of your fans as soon as possible. If this email does not reach you, I just hope you guys find out whats wrong and fix it as soon as you can. I will include links to other examples of this issue just so you can synthesize that I do not stand alone.

Thank you for your kind time to read this Mr. Wong, I do not expect any sort of compensation if this glitch is later fixed, knowing I can help is all I desire.
THIS BETTER GET THEIR ATTENTION!!

Just wanted to toss this out here. The EA support guy I talked to didn't know how long a week was.

Here's hoping. Also, change 'accept for our common issue' to 'except for our common issue'
Other than that, its long enough that they'll be too curious NOT to read it!

I was more referencing the N7 challenge that we're missing out on this weekend but extra attention to the actual glitch itself doesn't hurt either.Godof360 wrote...
I've been so vocal about this til I'm blue in the face and I think they all have me on block here and on twitter surprised they haven't banned me cuase I'm hurting their "potential sales" for a bug in THEIR GAME

Yeah nothing we can do I agree
Thing is they can push out an emergency update if they want. Does it cost them.....yes. Since this breaks the game we just bought as far as I'm concerned they are entitled too.
MS cert. doesn't take forever, it's just to unsure any updates don't brick the box.
