I worry that EA don't know what the problem is, or how to fix it. Every other glitch and problem posted on the other forum threads have at least been briefly mentioned by a moderator. This is the only one that is completely ignored. I don't think they have a fix or even know where to start.

I just tried emailing the xbox360achievements.com website in the hopes that they will run a news story about this issue, i might also send the same email to ign and a few other gaming news sites

Even if they could somehow get the patch live this weekend, I know for a fact I'm hours away from being Silver combat ready. Didn't give multiplayer a high priority when I bought the game and was actually able to play it. I think the highest level character I have is 8, with pretty much junk for weapons besides the Saber.

What is really bugging me is the CS. It all goes through EA except on this forum where we get no response.
this is obviously a fix beyond random EA responses to generic problems, and yet because the support is EA rather than Bioware, that is all you get.
So who exactly is responsible for fixing this?
If it's Bioware why do I have to go through EA?

I don't really care about extra guns, or armor or credits or free DLC or even generic Microsoft points. I just want to be able to play the game I shelled out $80 for. That really isn't too much to ask. I would be content if a moderator just posted and said something simple like;
"We are aware and we are working as fast as we can. Go. AWAY."
I would be okay with that. Any progress is better than no progress.

Man I hate this so much right now being ignored completly not saying enything to us at all is like being spat in are face and called nothing important. Bully boy tackics of if we ignore them long enf we might just give up and leave hell no I'm going no wher we been working hard trying ever thing to fix it are self talk about it with are each other to see if it work and what nun of u moderaters have the desansy to say nothing to us that's low. We spent money one the games for u to even have a job and nun have the desansy to say hay we are working on it plz be pashent well keep u update daylay that poor custamer servise.

Welcome to the club. We have t-shirts; they're all black and keep getting lost in the mail.
Allow me to update you on the fixes that EA or Bioware will give you.
Deleting corrupted files: Good to do, but won't fix the issue.
Deleting all saved Mass Effect 3 files: Sinking feeling in your stomach while doing it, but doesn't fix anything.
Re-installing the game: Doesn't work. You get a small spark of hope about 3/4 through installation, but ultimately it doesn't work.
Returning the CDs for newer ones: seems like a legit solution, but doesn't fix it. The problem is not with the CD.
Deleting Gamertag: Not so much a solution as it is giving up. Its like your car had the 'check engine' light on, so you just go out and buy a new car. Doesn't fix anything.
Deleting System Caches: Again, waste of time.
I think that's all of them. I only have a 360 so I don't know about PC or Playstation fixes. Hope this saves you some time.

Ow ye I'm now w8 for the banding for speaking my mind cose hay u will look at that as attacking and band me. No it not just what some respons its to are problem most have had problem for week or more. Even if u say we don't know what's going on that's at least some thing that all we ask

EDIT: This isn't how you treat your customers. I know this because I myself work in CS, albiet on a more face to face level of it. You cannot treat your customers as the problem. You can't ignore them, hoping they go away.

So how many are suffering from this bug? Thousands? Maybe tens of thousands? It seems to be growing at a meteoric level. Everyday more and more gamers are joining or posting around the internet. IGN, Gamestop, The Escapist. All have threads about this issue. The one here is by far the longest and most updated, but still...
I honestly think the reason Bioware is being silent is because they are somewhat panicked. They have no idea what is causing this or how to fix it. We might be in for the long haul on this one.

nah they trying not to make it known cause their sales are more important than their customers
i mean if there was a huge bug like this and they make it known that would stop people from buying it.If i was the boss everyone on the team would be working on this non stop til it was fixed mandatory 12+ hrs a day til fixed period
but seems to me like they might only got 1 dude working on the problem i mean face imports are so much more important.

If they can fix this, why wouldn't they? Its been what, eleven days? How much longer can they keep it under wraps? Wouldn't it be more cost effective to patch this bug quickly so that they don't risk media backlash over poor customer support?

best thing about them sitting around is the longer it takes to fix this bug the more and more people are going to experience this bug thus making them take action.
in the meanwhile Silent Hill Downpour is a pretty sick game so far hangs up a bit like lag but over all so far i'm enjoying it,and Resident Evil comes out Tuesday!

So, in other words, ah the game doesn't work....we have other priorities. Just hang for a month or so and maybe we'll get around to looking at it. Or maybe not.

Hey 1% of tires are exploding
EA....yeah.....some people don't like the way the decals look.....we'll get to the exploding tires problem once we've fleashed this decal issue out.
