I imagine they are. If the problem is a server/gamertag connection, then I can imagine it may take them to the end of the month to fix it. EA and Bioware probably run monthly maintenance on the servers. Taking them off line for fixes and tweaks every time a error occurs would cost a fortune. So they probably just grouped our bug in with a list of bugs gathered from all the other games and when the time comes around the 30th, they'll fix them all in one go.
Sucks but they're a company.

World Bearer, I know these things take time. But they could at least not slap us in the face by holding in-game contests, when they know people cannot play their game due to their negligence. It's insulting to say the least.

I don't think this issue is even ME3-specific, because my boyfriend is now getting the same glitch with ME2. He's already contacted EA but got the same generic answers that I got which didn't work.

Have you seen the video? Im having the exact same problem as that guy. I played online using another gamertag, and it works, but mine does not.
I tried playing offline with my main GT, and it FREEZES.

I've spent 12-15 hours on the phone with both EA and MS customer support, with no resolution and little feedback. I gave EA CS permission to access my GT on their 360 at the call center. They told me the game locked up for them as well.
I love this game and franchise, but am supremely dissatisfied with the customer support!
An EA CS rep did confirm with me they are working on a patch and that it will be release "soon." Whatever that means.

Whats the number to EA's CS? I've only sent them emails and did that live chat thing on EA.com. But didn't find a phone number.
I was thinking about letting use my GT as well, looks like you did it already, and BAM they froze up too....

Well at least thats something. We had no idea at all if they were working on a patch or even really knew about the bug. I guess we just palying the waiting game now...
