The lack of response or even an, 'We're looking into it' from Bioware is absolutely staggering to me. It would be nice if this other person can be shown to be more reliable.
On another note, EA Customer Support is avoiding me now by not returning e-mails since the first day I posted here. Fantastic.

I think it had something to do with waiting more than 9 days with open tickets and no response. Earlier today I contacted them again, this time after talking with someone who just talked in circles, I demanded to talk to his supervisor.Bushido Effect wrote...

Hey good work there. How did you get through? All I got was those EA game advisors on EA.com help. What did you do to get their attention?
These conversations all happened today (3/19/12).
Here is part of the conversaion. This is unedited, and actually how he typed.
Admission of guilt on EA's part!!!!!Pravesh: You should get back on this with in 1-2 weeks.
You: your joking right?
Pravesh: I can understand that this is too long but we are getting so many escalated cased these days and that is why we have expand this period to 1-2 weeks from 24-48 hours. I hope you will understand tat.
Pravesh: *that
You: Except that I have been contacting support for MORE THAN A WEEK about this with no response what-so-ever.
Pravesh: Please wait for 1-2 more weeks and it should be fine.
You: I'd like to talk to someone higher up about this now, not 3+ weeks from when I originally submitted this
Pravesh: Please provide me few seconds to transfer you the supervisors.
Pravesh: Thank you for being on hold. Please note that I have discussed this with my supervisor and there are no other steps are left for this issue. You may need to wait for some time and it should be fine.

After this I talked with Bhavish, who name was so eerily similar that at first I assumed it was the same person with a different name. Judging by the way he typed (HORAY proper grammar) I figured it wasn't the same guy. But after talking with him for a while, and trying something I already tried he assured me I would get a response within a few days.Pravesh: Thank you Alex.

After talking with him a bit, feeling that this was in good hands for the moment, I agreed. Not even five hours later I had an email from Kenny Benedict in my inbox.

I mean, I had the game pre-ordered eight months in advance, and it crashed in a game-ending bug less than a week after release - really, a "Possibly at the end of the month" response is just a drop in the bucket.

No, I know I wouldn't; I don't think you would either. Different products, same principle.
We bought a faulty product, this problem should be better addressed. You don't just fold like a house of cards, keep the pressure on them. This IS their mistake after all, why are we, the paying customers, being repeatedly punished for their mistakes?
It makes no sense; it's a horrid, horrid business model.

I have completed the game once and imported my me3 character after that to run the game on insane diff. Also played a numerous of multiplayer hours.
I had random freezing of loading screen through out the game, when going to new areas not at start screen, and this weekend on saturday it died totally. I have also used the ios app datapad.
I have a week free from work this week and was seeing forward to spend time to play this but now I can't. This sux big time!

Makes it sound like they only a few people working on the game's issues and only working on one issue at a time. It's most definitely going to be a LONG time before this gets fixed.
